I was on Medifast from March 2010 until I had my surgery 10/19/10 (and lost 70 pounds during that time). It tastes like chalk dust mixed for the first 4 or 5 days. Once you're into ketosis, it magically starts to taste better & you have no hunger. It's the weirdest thing!
Some products are more tolerable than others - don't know if you're on the full program or just shakes. Drinks I liked: fruit punch made like a slushy, chai tea mixed in black iced tea, hot cocoa, dark chocolate shake, & orange cream shake. So yesterday was my weigh in and I weighed in at 322.4lbs which was a 4.4lbs loss from last Friday and a total of 19.8lbs loss since I started Medifast.
